How do I get my license?
Your 3CX software is delivered electronically and activated by a license key.
How many channels do I need?
We can help you determine how many channels are needed for your business. As a general rule of thumb, 1 channel per 3-4 users is sufficient, i.e. a company with 50 users would need a 16-channel licence.
Are there other ways for me to experience 3CX without having to start a trial?
We are eager to make sure you have a feel for the system’s interface and functionality, so that you can decide whether it will meet your business needs. There is no pressure to take up the free trial offer, but if you do decide to do so we can arrange a demo for you. What should I do if I have questions during my trial period?
If the trial goes well and I sign up for a plan, what happens if I pick the wrong one?
You may upgrade your 3CX license at any time during your contract term after purchase, but downgrades are not possible until term expiration.
Does my license need to be renewed annually?
Yes, 3CX licence(s) requires renewal every year. We will send you a reminder in advance of the renewal date.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time by paying the difference in cost for the remainder of your current subscription.
Can I use any SIP trunk with any 3CX license

Are there any contracts or commitments?
If you choose to purchase the service, there is a minimum term of 12 months, and lower pricing available on 24 and 36 month terms.
