Banks
Payments can also be made to any of the following banks via PAY DIRECT:
Simply state that payment is being made for your connectSIP subscription or telephone credit via PAY DIRECT.
Present your 12 digit customer ID number or your connectSIP telephone number (e.g. 01-628 XXXX).
You will be asked to confirm your account details and the amount to be paid.
At the end of your transaction, ensure you receive your PAY DIRECT receipt.
Payment for 12months subscription in advance attracts 1 month free subscription.
ATM
You can pay for your subscriptions and telephone credit using QUICKTELLER technology at any ATM machine that supports the service. Just look for the name or logo.
ConnectSIP Customer Account
Pay for your service subscription via the self-service portal.
Click here – connectSIP Account and follow the steps below:
- Log in
- Click on Managed services
- Select Renew now and then follow the prompts.
Online
You can make payments using the interswtich online payment facility: Quickteller. Just simply go the website: https://www.quickteller.com/connectsip
Please note that the service currently works with Verve, Interswitch & Naira MasterCard ATM cards for now.
