What do I need to setup my ConnectSIP voice service?
Setting up your Voice service is Easy! You can do this yourself!
To use ConnectSIP voice service, you will need:
– Your ConnectSIP Modem
Then you will need to purchase:
– An analogue telephone
– An RJ11 telephone cable.
What type of phone do I need to use ConnectSIP voice service?
An analogue telephone is required to activate your complimentary ConnectSIP phone line. The rj11 telephone cable and analogue phone are available for purchase in your nearest electronic store
How do I connect my telephone device to ConnectSIP modem?
Follow these quick steps to get your ConnectSIP voice service up:
– ensure your modem is powered on
– take your rj11 cable and connect one end to the port of your analogue phone that reads “in”
– connect the other end of the rj11 cable to the port of your modem that reads phone 1 or line 1
– once both ends of the RJ11 cable have been connected properly, your phone will come on.
– pick up the receiver and listen for the dial tone
How do I know my voice service has been successfully setup?
After connecting your RJ11 cable from the POTS port to your desk telephone, you should hear a dial tone once you pick up the phone receiver.
How do I recharge my telephone line(s)?
You can recharge your telephone line via the customer self-service portal or via quickteller.
To recharge your telephone line via the customer self-service:
– login to the self-service portal
– go to manage services
– under actions, click on “top up now”
To recharge your telephone line via quickteller:
– visit www.Quickteller.com/connectsip
– select payment for voice plans
– then enter your voice phone number as your customer id.
How can I confirm the credit balance on my line(s)?
To know your credit balance on the voice service, simply dial 123 on your desktop phone and listen for your balance.
You can also confirm your credit balance from the customer self-service portal.
– log in to the self-service portal
– go to manage services
– under the available balance, your credit balance will be displayed
How do I setup a conference call?
Follow these easy steps to set up a conference call:
– dial 01-62849999
– follow the voice prompt to create, join or cancel a conference.
– it’s important to listen for the conference code when setting up a conference call so you can share the code with others.
Can I call for free?
Calls to all ConnectSIP subscribers are FREE.

How do I get a break down of my call credit usage?
You can request your call detail records via the customer self-service portal. To see your call detail records, follow the steps below:
– login to the self-service portal
– go to manage services
– under actions, please select call detail record
– please note that the maximum range of periods you can select at a time is 30 days.
– you can only view your past call detail records for a period that goes back 3 months from the current date.
How do I know my ConnectSIP phone number?
After setting up your ConnectSIP voice service, dial 129 on your desktop phone and listen for your number.
You can also retrieve your phone number from the customer self-service portal.
– login to the self-service portal
– go to manage services
– under the service plan, your phone number will be displayed
